Dank dieser Heizkraftwerke k\u00f6nnen etwa 3.000 Wohneinheiten und 17 \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen beheizt werden. Der <strong>Anteil erneuerbarer Energien an der W\u00e4rmeproduktion liegt bei 53 % bzw. 44 %<\/strong>. Zur besseren Vorstellung, kann <strong>die Funktion der Fernw\u00e4rme wie eine Zentralheizung<\/strong> betrachtet werden, allerdings werden anstelle einzelner Geb\u00e4ude gesamte Stadtteile durch <strong>zentrale Heizquellen<\/strong> versorgt. Als Tr\u00e4ger der W\u00e4rme dient<strong> hei\u00dfes Wasser<\/strong>, das durch ein<strong> isoliertes Rohrleitungsnetz<\/strong> zu den Endverbrauchern gelangt. Mit Hilfe der Analyse- und Auswertungsm\u00f6glichkeiten des Systems durch Ganglinien oder Berichte k\u00f6nnen<strong> Anlagen und Prozesse erfasst, sichtbar gemacht, verstanden und optimiert werden<\/strong>. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen durch das Leitsystem Anomalien und Problemf\u00e4lle erkannt und Mitarbeiter alarmiert werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column unabdingbar<\/strong> ist, denn der Verbraucher bemerkt sofort, wenn das Wasser kalt ist \u2013 folglich w\u00fcrde das Telefon bei den Stadtwerken nicht mehr still stehen. Zahn erkl\u00e4rt: \"<strong>Dank des AQASYS Prozessleitsystems haben wir die Prozesse und Werte immer im Blick. Wir sind aussage- und handlungsf\u00e4hig und konnten sogar die Prozesse, wie z.B. die Regelung der Heizkessel optimieren<\/strong>.\"<\/p>\n<p>Jeden Morgen pr\u00fcft ein Mitarbeiter der Stadtwerke Hagenow im Prozessleitsystem Zust\u00e4nde und Werte, wie z.B. Vorlauf-\/R\u00fccklauftemperatur, Leistung der BHKWs und Druck. Anhand des Wasserf\u00fcllstands im Ausgleichsbeh\u00e4lter wird zudem ersichtlich, ob Wasser in das Fernw\u00e4rmenetz eindringt oder verloren geht. Zus\u00e4tzlich werden St\u00f6rmeldungen und Grenzwertverletzungen direkt im System angezeigt bzw. an die Mitarbeiter gem\u00e4\u00df Fernalarmierungsplan alarmiert.
