In den knapp 30 Jahren seit der Anschaffung hat sich die Kl\u00e4ranlage deutlich weiterentwickelt und ist vor allem gewachsen. Das Mosaikbild jedes Mal anzupassen, hat wieder und wieder zu hohen Investitionen gef\u00fchrt - und letztendlich war auch der Platz, der daf\u00fcr n\u00f6tig gewesen w\u00e4re, nicht mehr da.<\/p>\n<p>2019, mit der Einf\u00fchrung von AQASYS als Prozessleitsystem und von SCHRAML Fernwirktechnik ist ein erster, gro\u00dfer Schritt in Richtung <strong>Digitalisierung der gesamten Anlage<\/strong> gemacht worden. itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Mit <strong>drei stattlichen 85-Zoll-Bildschirmen<\/strong> ist das sehr gut gelungen. Dazu ist der mittlere der drei noch ein <strong>Touchscreen<\/strong>, d.h. die Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen direkt am Screen Schaltfl\u00e4chen bet\u00e4tigen, in AQASYS arbeiten, Men\u00fcs wechseln usw.<\/p>\n<p>Flankiert wird der Touchscreen von zwei Displays, die vom Leitwarten-Rechner aus mit Inhalten - <strong>Prozessbildern, Ganglinien, Berichten<\/strong> usw. - <strong>je nach Situation, Arbeitsanforderungen und individuellen Vorlieben<\/strong> bef\u00fcllt werden k\u00f6nnen. Besonders viel Informationsgehalt f\u00fcr so einen Riesenschirm birgt da das <strong>AQASYS Dashboard<\/strong>. Solche Dashboards k\u00f6nnen sich die Mitarbeiter selbst zusammenstellen, ganz ohne Programmierkenntnisse, einfach per Drag &amp; Drop in der Dashboard-Konfiguration.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem linken Display wird zum Beispiel ein Dashboard angezeigt, in dem auf einer <strong>Google Maps Karte<\/strong> alle Stationen der KA Rehburg-Loccum angezeigt werden. Wenn dort St\u00f6rungen anliegen, werden diese Stationen farblich besonders auf der Karte hervorgehoben und per Mausklick kann der Mitarbeiter direkt von der Google Maps Karte in das Prozessbild dieser Station springen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Dashboard-Kachel beinhaltet die <strong>Wettervorhersage<\/strong> f\u00fcr einen frei w\u00e4hlbaren Zeitraum, au\u00dferdem gibt es eine <strong>radiale Wertanzeige f\u00fcr die Wirkleistungsmessung im Netz<\/strong> und zum gleichen Thema eine <strong>Ganglinie<\/strong>. Weitere Ganglinien zeigen den Durchfluss am Zu- und Ablauf und das Geschehen an den Belebungsbecken und am Faulturm. Aber das ist nur eines von zahlreichen Dashboards, die sich die Mitarbeiter der Kl\u00e4ranlage f\u00fcr eine einfache, schnelle und zuverl\u00e4ssige Anlagen\u00fcbersicht zusammengestellt haben.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
