AQASYS™-FW includes a complete process control system with an integrated telecontrol

system. Important characteristics of the telecontrol system are the easy and universal
configuration of telecontrol stations at the central unit, the large flexibility concerning the
choice and combination of data transmission channels and the high data security by standard
transmission protocols and the possibility of data storage at the telecontrol unit.

Core features are:

• Support of all customary data transmission channels: leased line, switched line,
  GSM, GPRS, Edge, UMTS, radio (e.g. UHF, VHF), LAN, WLAN, (VPN-)DSL
• Individual combination of data transmission channels (also redundant)
